To start off with, What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity is a word that means people's brains work in lots of different ways. Some people's brains might be really good at doing maths, while others might be great at remembering stories. Some people might find it easy to talk to others, and some might like spending time by themselves.
This is kind of like a big puzzle where every piece is important. Neurodiversity reminds us that all these different ways of thinking and being are valuable. Having lots of brain "colors" makes our world more interesting and special. It's important to understand and respect that everyone's brain is unique and wonderful in its own way.

Why do you need to promote neurodiversity?

Promoting Neurodiversity gives the respect of variation towards humans, which respects sexuality, race and gender. The society can work to create a more inclusive environment. This tells us that people who have neurodivergent conditions have equal opportunities in aspects of life, employment and education. If we don’t promote neurodiversity, it can lead to a less compassionate society, along with lack of understanding which leads to stereotypes. When we promote neurodiversity, it gives everyone an equal opportunity. By promoting Neurodiversity, we can all work together to create a society where everyone has a voice and can solve big problems.
